The apartment is comprised of entrance hallway, kitchen with large hatch into living room, living room , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds , toilet and shower, 1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, terrace with sea view .

The apartment is situated in Manilva Playa urbanisation which is very popular with families in the summer months. The atmosphere is very lively in July and August and best suitable for families with children or very active.

There is allocated underground car park space with easy lift access to the apartment.

There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the building as well as a very good restaurant.

There is access non stop to swimming pool and there is a children pool and play area.

There are 2 paddle courts floodlit after dark.

From the door of the apartment there is direct access to large communal terrace with beautiful view of the green hills.

The access to the beach is very easy, 5minutes walk across the footbridge over the A7. Aldea Beach is part of the Costa del Sol Occidental which stretches for miles to Playa Paraiso to the west and Casares Costa to the east. It is a fine sandy beach very pleasant all year long. The beach side is a natural reserve. It is the home of sea lilies and many other plants and birds. There are many chiriguitos( beach bar and grills) on the beach some of them opened all year around like chiriquito Manilva Beach.

Puerto de la Duquesa is easy to reach walking 30minutes on the seafront path and 5 minutes in the car. There are many bars and restaurants in the port and a very lively atmosphere.

Manilva Playa is situated next to the coastal road A7 . It is 25min away from Marbella and 30min away to Gibraltar to the west. The nearest airport is Gibraltar while Malaga airport is 1h away.
