Sunset Golf Urbanisation is located within the La Resina Golf and Country Club complex in Estepona, Spain.
The course has 9 holes, par 3 and 4 and offers both Amateurs and professional an entertaining round. It was constructed in 2005 is 1800m and the groundsmen have kept the course to a high standard. There has also been a complete refurbishment of the course. The course has magnificent landscaping and leads through lakes and tropical gardens. It is considered one of the best 9 holes on the Costa del Sol.
The apartment is located just outside Estepona which is a beautiful Spanish town about 20 minutes from Marbella. Close by is
Selwo Aventura safari park, a great day out for all ages to see all kinds of animals.
The apartment has two bedrooms - one king and one twin - and they each have lots of wardrobe space for your clothes. The duvets are made from natural materials. The king has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a further shower room.
The beds can be arranged to make 4 single beds as the double is linked. Each room has shutters on the windows to block out light.
A travel cot can be available on request which will fit in the double room.
There is a large sunlit terrace which has comfy seating and a table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and hob. There is an iron and ironing board also.
There is a cosy lounge/diner with large flat screen smart tv to enjoy your evening meals.
The Sunset Golf apartments sit at the top of a hill, but with only a 5 - 10 minute drive or walk to Sonora beach.
The complex has a lovely communal swimming pool with sun loungers, and there is underground private parking with a lift that takes you straight to the apartment.
A car is recommended so that you can explore the areas of Marbella, Estepona and beyond.
All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Beach / pool towels are not provided.
You can fly to Malaga (50 minute drive) or Gibraltar (45 minute drive).
